Sure hope so, At least you are not trying to deal with Commander or one of the companys that just don't care about there customers, At least you have a chance to get it worked out.

Was working on it but Cale cockblocked me... ;)
I do have a new number, but was told that I can add her to the DD list but can't fly her out. Guess it's ok if she wants to fly herself out though.... :D :D :D
