When we bought ours we used Goo Gone to get the plastic residue off it then cuz we own a cleaning co. we have SS cleaner in an aerosol can that works great...........just use it outside only.
If your talking about a used greasy one you need NON-BUTYL degreaser otherwise you'll stain and cloud it.

Yep - window cleaner is what I use, or that citrus cleaner stuff.

Is there anything you can't do with window cleaner? :D
That's the truth. I clean my whole boat with the stuff.
Works great on my uphostery. Then put a coat of 303 over the top.

You would would have to ask somebody from Kingman over in the RK thread, but it seems like the type of thing that they use when cooking meth. :D
