My wife's '04 Expedition keeps throwing a low tire pressure signal, but the tires are at 100%. Is there a sensor somehere I just need to clean out???

Did you fill the spare too?
A sensor might be going bad or is bad. Back to the dealer for you. :220v: :)

if FORD's sensors are anything like GM's they are part of the valve stem

Double check the air pressure,Check the sticker inside the drivers door jam.
Make sure you set it to what the sticker says, probablly 35psi.
We see alot of people setting them @ 32psi and is supposed to be @ 35psi.
May have to take it to you local dealer and have it recalibrated.

They can calibrate in the service drive. Just involves entering program mode, and placing a magnet ring around each valve stem one at a time. Sometimes the module must be replaced. Check the spare tire psi too.
