Being a non Gin drinker with no idea. What kind do you prefer. I need suggestions. Buying a couple bottles for Christmas gifts. :D

I will never forget the 1st time I drank gin. I thought it tasted like a plant & told everyone about it. :rollside: I know nothing about it other than it does it's job well, hope that helps! :p :p

Tanqueray in the green bottle. They have an upgraded type called Ten. Good Stuff. Tanq and Tonic with lime is good living! Gin has no carbs.....guilt free cocktails.
The Bombay in the blueish bottle is pretty good too.

Do all yourself a favor... I have recently fell in love with Hendricks Gin. Its a Cucumber Gin. Its the best gin you will ever taste. Mix it w/ a slice of Cucumber and tonic.

gin :yuk: vodka all the way but if you must tanquery10 is one of the best

The best martini I ever had was made with Bombay Sapphire...
In honor of John D. MacDonald's literary hero Travis McGee, I also keep a bottle of Plymouth in the bar...

Gin collins is my drink... Bombay sapphire is what I use, but 10 is good, too...

It looks like Saphire and Ten are the top choices.
