Havasu Regulation?

Are there any new regulations on the water that have changed. Like closing down the sandbar for weekends, channel, or copper canyon? I heard they have been craken down. Whats the deal?

Channel Open as normal for now.. If gets really windy - might stop boats from 36' and longer from coming in. They do everyonce in a while ask everyone in the boat to sit down - no danicng and to keep your music to a reasonable level.
Sand Bar - as always closed on Holiday weekends..
Copper Canyon - open as usual..
All LE's will be checking for safety equipment on boats. Esp. Life jackets
Its all about safe and proper boating.
