Did you ever sell that house in RSM? I just looked up homes in rsm,mv and lagh. Something like 275 avaliable homes between 650k - 750k.

There's a law of nature....it's "when it rains, it pours"....and it's not about rain. It means, when it's going good, it's good, and when it's bad......it's bad.
Ever noticed, when you have a girlfriend or wife, the hot girls are hitting on you all the time. But when the the girlfriend/wife is gone, all of sudden, those same hot girls don't even look at you, you can't get laid to save your life? :confused:
It's the same with money...when you have a good job and good boss, you're making more then you can spend, you get a tax refund, the cop stops you when you've been drinking and gives you warning for no front plate. :idea:
Then a year later, you lost the job, you owe taxes from last year when you were making money, your boat looses an outdrive on a rock, you back into some jerk who parked right behind you at the bar, and you get busted for DUI on the way home.
It's all cycles, if your doing good, stash away the money, be nice to your women (even though her hot best friend acts like she wants to f you) and be careful, because it isn't going to last.
And if it's all going to hell, keep you head down, and just "survive gracefully" because it will turn around soon.
Hopefully, this is the turning point for Phebus! :idea:
Remember, "when it rains, it pours"....it's a law of nature!
