My boat is in my garage at home. I have two storage spaces though both at different places but both in South Orange County.
I cant vote twice so if this info helps...
10 x 45 is $296 mo. - My bobtail trucks are there as the lot (which is Irvine CO. owned = BAD) will accept commercial vehicles. That price is RAPE and I hate it. Lot is lit but stuff still disappears.
12 x 50 is $180 mo. still in Irvine but private owned. They will not take commercial vehicles so I have to use the more expensive place for them. I have my Motor Home there along with my construction trailer (in disguise) kept in front. Lot is primo nice but dark at night. Never a thing missing.

Of course, the lights make it easier to see what they steal. Duh.....
Lot is primo nice but dark at night. Never a thing missing.
Because they can't see what they want to steal. See comment above..... :crossx: :p

My garage is not that big, it is a normal two car garage but it is 26' long, I have to caddy corner my boat so it can fit in there. If it wasn't for the swing away toungue, I would not be able to fit the boat.

I voted for the $100 to 199, but when I read further you weren't asking for only boat storage for which I pay $100/month for a lousy outdoor spot.
But I also spend another $100/month to park my toy trailer. Add to that another $180 (plus electricity) for my RV site in Ocotillo Wells.
$#!t thats almost $400/month (actually exceeds that in the winter when I'm doing the desert thing). I should buy a place at the river...
