I think it matters if it is over 20 years or 2 years like someone else had said. I fit is my girlfriend and she gains 30 pounds while we are dating then we have a problem. If im married to her sand she gains 30 lbs while we are married then there isn't much to do but have a conversation about what is healthy. I think the whole weight gain issue is a cop out. After a couple of months most males just start to get tired of their S.O.'s irregardless of how good looking she is. What's that old line about "show me a hot chick and I'll show you a guy that's tired of her shit"? Now multiply that by a bunch of years and a couple of pups as well as the stress of the career ladder and the weight gain is just an excuse. I personally think that it doesn't matter. That doesn't mean the old hound dog will begin to wonder, just that "attractiveness" wears off over time, I don't care how smokin' hot she is.
My curent GF of two and a half years is beautiful and way out of my league and guys oogle her non-stop. Some of her attractiveness has worn off, but she is still a way cool person. If she was to put on a few tons I wonder if she'd still be cool. Hmmm, I dunno...

Usually to help the newlyweds get on their feet, my grandparents would let them live in the upper level for a year or so free of charge. Anyway, when my grandmother passed on, my cousin and his wife were living there, which worked out good because my grandfather was 90 years old and really not getting around all that well. At least they were around should he ever fall or have a heart attack or basically just need anything. It was something like two or three weeks after my grandmother passed away, my cousin and his wife decided to go out one night for dinner and a few drinks. My grandfather was asleep in his recliner with the newspaper across his chest and the tv going. Anyway, a few hours later they return and head to the living room to check on him, and he isn't there. They check the kitchen, the dining room, his bedroom, the back patio where he smoked his cigars... nowhere. Finally my cousin and his wife throw open the spare bedroom door, and there is my 90 year old grandpa with the widowed neighbor lady bent over the side of the bed pounding away... and he turns toward my cousin and says "Damnit, didn't anyone ever teach you to knock!!!" :crossx:

Married 27 years when we got married I weighed 125#s at 6' tall my wife 5-4" and 105#s, she now weighs in at 119#s and im 190#s we are both in good shape, watch what we eat, diet and exercise. Being fat or obese is a copout, not to mention health concern.
My wifes mother is of average weight and all her sisters except one that is 80#s overweight, she complains daily about not getting any sex, tells us all that after having two kids her metabolism changed etc. She also says i don’t eat hardly anything as I watch her grab cookies, and any other piece of food laying around, she eats something every few minutes..
Sorry being obese is a choice I may still love my wife if she chose to weigh in at ½ ton, but with that being her choice I would have to choose to flock the ever livin’ shit out my secretary for sex.
