Yeah thats us. We'll be there every weekend for the next few months except for the sandcar challenge weekend.

Been to Costa Rica just an hour from Panama. Great country and people. Panama however is not a democratic government like Costa. A lot of Americans are now buying land in Panama as Cosat Rica is becoming expensive. I just don't don't feel as comfortable buying there. I've heard it's a great place to visit. Everyone speaks English.
The main / preferred currency is the US Dollar. (ask first if they can give you change in US dollars)
Beer and rum and Cuban cigars are very cheap
Seafood meals are very cheap everywhere you go. Especially 12 count shrimp.
The people are really awsum. Very affiable like in Colombia.

I know it's just south of Costa Rica and I have a house in Costa Rica. The weather is soso right now. Our summer is their winter. So they are just getting into winter. It rains a whole lot in the winter. For the most part, the temp is the same straight across the board. Have fun.
P.S. If you like it there.....buy property now before it skyrockets.

I'm hearing it rains everyday but I can live with that for a week. The reason i'm there is to look for property...Hoping to find some good deals, if not I just going to eat and drink for a week :p

I too have been to Costa Rica and figure Panama is pretty much the same. Really nice people, slow relaxing atmosphere, etc. Going during rainy season sucks though. Watch out for mosquitos, they will get ya! :rollside:

The only thing in Panama worth seeing is (naturally) the canal, hope your visit includes a tour, its an all day thing
