Email Help

My Outlook email has not worked (I can't send or receive :cry: ) since I updated my Norton Security crap yesterday around noon. Does anyone have any ideas??? :idea:

You can check the setting of your Norton. It should have some email settings that would be preventing them from downloading from the server. If it is a hotmail or yahoo account, it tends to pick on those the most..

Norton security suite comes with a firewall. You probably have to give each program permission to access the internet. If after you originally installed it and you got several messages that this, that and the other program is trying to access the internet and you clicked on deny or not allow that is your problem. If I remember correctly Outlook express will come up as MSIMN.
