Hey Robin, I need some help

I'm trying to fix the body mounting holes on my slotcar. They're bot cracked and a piece broke out of one.
I built them up with some 5 minute epoxy I found in the neighbor's garage, drilled it out, and put the screws back in. It's on but feels a little soft.
Is there a better way to do it? I don't have a lot of dough right now for a new body so I need you to help me fix this one.
Once I get the body fixed up, I'll throw in a new set of brushes and kick the neighbor's ass. I have the best track in town. :cool:

You in slot car racing????? I've got a 1:24 parma flexi-car... also used to go racing with a friend who did the winged cars. Its fun getting them on a big track.

no, its a genuine slot car... we have a decent sized track in saskatoon here. I think it is about a 300 foot track. Winged cars will do 2 second laps. 0-70mph in .1 seconds. :) :)

That shows a typical lightweight chassis. They are very fast. I just bought one for the heck of it... not a replacement for gas R/C airplanes, thats for sure. Still fun though.

I've fixed it several times but the thing keeps breaking. My neighbor has kept his garage locked lately so I had to switch to some LePages I found in the school supply room. I don't think the white glue is as strong as my neighbor's epoxy.
