Seen a new 26 at Eliminator the other day with a #6 drive on it. It had a huge quad rotor whipple charged big block in it. How many ponies will they be pushing through that thing?? Anybody know who's it is??

If the motor was carbed and the boat was white with yellow Gary Teague built it.I believe the owner lives in the mid west.I do believe the boat ran in the upper 120's.It was making i think somewhere around 1000hps.

Quad rotor wipple and a number 6 drive = GT Performance. I am familiar with the boat sofa king talks about in his post and also know of one that Gary is just finishing. It is white with red as the major color. The owner of this 26 daytona is having Gary build him a twin boat, but the twin will be a 30 daytona with twin engines. They will have identical gel coat graphics. How about them apples.

I figured someone would know about it. Yes, it is white w/ blue and I think a little red. It still did not have an interior in it yet. How big is that motor I was looking at??

I calc it at 14.2%. How much load was in the boat, fuel, people, etc? This will impact your slip.

Most likely a 572 ci motor making 1100 hp.

you're right, that boat is being build by Gary Teague, GT Performance. The tail pipes were installed today at IMCO and the boat is being upholstered and canvas'd by Custom Canvas in Montclair. The quad rotor will do 1100 hp on pump gas, 1300+ on race gas. Thats the reason for the dry sumped #6. If you haven't heard a quad rotor run, you're missing something.
