I would venture to say that you won't. Good luck. I live near the 91 and 15, and on any given Friday it's already bad by 3 pm. Shit, even 2 pm. And it's even worse up near Cajon.

i was thinking about this not to long ago thats why i asked...
the move wasn't hard at all, bought a new house and I'm so much happier living here. You pretty much have to have a doctors degree to buy a home now in OC. I saved myself a ton of money by living here.
