Anyone have a connection on loans for Mobile Homes on a rented lot? BTW, I know that a second on the current home is the way to go but not avail. right now.

I should have mentioned that the mobile home is in Arizona, the above co. does not lend there.
Anyone else know of someone who lends for Mobile Homes in Arizona?

I remember a company out of AZ doing them a while back. Not sure if they still do them but it's called GB Home Equity. I never used them, just seem them at a convention once.
