Maui is .....

In Maui till next Sunday and thought I would just catch up one the latest. Its 6:30am sitting on our porch watching the sunrise, while the family is still asleep. The only place better than Havasu.

Oh thanks, we missed you over the 4th. We will be back out next Thursday the 20th. Bringing the parents. I will take pictures and you can help me share them, since i have that whole picture disability issue.

we are in kapalua at the kapalua villas, kind of cloudy this morning and a little windy but it should burn off.

Napili is my favorite area on Maui.....we have a house there on the beach for 2 weeks in Aug....:D

ya i lived off hui f st. which is right up the street from the napili resort i think. it was great and an awesome place to grow up. usually go back about everyother year to visit family and such just havent had the time to go.

Gotta love Maui. Lived just off Front St in Lahaina one summer with a bunch of college buddies, then lived in a condo in the Kahana Gateway the following summer. Great memories and can't wait to go back again.

Be sure to head up towards Princeville and see where we always stay. The Princeville Resort has a really nice dinner on the beach thing, $$$ but well worth it. I got my ring there! :)

Shelby, the princeville is the same price, I like the hyatt there both 4 1/2 stars. But I will have to take her there to see the lobby view.

Very cool, we don't stay at the hotel, but a condo there. Make the right to head to the hotel and it's the 2nd right Pahio at Ka Eo Kai. :)

I lived in pearl city for three years and did alot of island hopping, and kauai is the best, but I am sure that the San.... Tana family is having a great time.

We're heading to Maui Friday for a week. Looking forward to just relaxing for a while. How has the weather been?
it has been pretty windy and on and off mix of clouds and sun and a few sprinkles from time to time. We will still be here we are leaving sunday.

The worst part of Maui is the last 2 minutes of the flight in
yeah thats pretty crazy, a lady next to us never has been here and screamed when the plane went all over the place for a few minutes.

what would the gas cost.... one mile per gallon @ 3.69, and approx 2500 mile to maui, 120 gallon tank $9300.00 or so, and you would have to do 21 F.A.S.'s or fueling at sea. You whould be a true baller then.
