1 year old home, 1,600+ sq. ft. in the very nice Summerlin area. Can rent out and run a very small negative while taking the tax write-off and enjoying appreciable gains.

Maybe, I was kind of thinking the same, but I have heard that the actual yard in the back is okay size. You are of course used to your ranch !! :rollside:

I bet the lot is okay with the relation to the house being 2 story and the footprint being smaller than a 1 story.
Yeah, the "ranch" always has something that needs mowed, replaced, trimmed, or maintained. :rolleyes: I wouldn't have it any other way. :rollside:
