Look Out For Channel Survey
LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ - Don't throw it away. After all, it's not junk mail. The City of Lake Havasu is looking for public opinion regarding the Bridgewater Channel. Specifically, the city wants to know the public's vision of the famed tourist attraction and what improvements could be made in the future. Spokesman Charlie Cassens said the survey is currently being mailed to all Lake Havasu City households.
"It will be kind of a heavy envelope," Cassens said. "It will look and feel a little different than what they're used to seeing coming from the city, although it will still have the city's logo as the return mailing address."
Cassens added the survey is "pretty involved" and includes an instruction sheet. The city is including a first-class postage paid return envelope to make it easier for residents to respond by mail.
"We're asking that they reply by August 18th, so they have plenty of time to spend on it," Cassens explained.
