This town is something else....As the new ordiance (Offensive Conduct In Public Places) becomes effect on August 18th, the two men that were arrested for urinating and using offensive language... according to the newspaper these charges have been dropped...It appears that Havasu is becoming "Over The Top" with laws relating to offensive conduct in public places? As with any new rule they will probably "Over React" and of course through time things will settle down. For now just "Watch Your Back" you never know when law enforcement will misunderstand their own ordiances?
