...I can't get this damn computer to stop sending a print signal to the printer..tried all kinds of things! Everytime I start up it prints out this one document, the receiving light is blinking on the printer constantly. When I try to open the printer/faxes in the control panel it won't open..when I try to open up another printer it won't open...any suggestions or should I pull out the snubnose .38 and let off some steam!!!

..I'm finally able to view the printer queue window, it shows the document in there as processing...when I right click it to cancel printing it changes the status to 'deleting' but just stays there...forever...and ever....and ever

Pull down the printer menu at the top of the spooler, choose pause printing, then cancel all documents and see if that get rid of it.

Hmm...you could always add another printer that is a copy of the one you have there and then delete the one that has the stuck document on it. Sounds like the queue might have gotten corrupted for that one.

....I don't know what the hell I did but it is now paused in queue, at least it is not spitting out copies left and right and I can print and use the other printers now...leave well enough alone??
