Direct tv or Dish network???

I need a HD dish. I have Direct right now and have had Dish in the past. I think Dish was more user friendly. The NFL Sunday ticket doesn't matter to me because i work most Sundays. Dish Network is pretty much gonna hook me up for free and charge me $200 for a dvr. Direct tv wants to charge me to upgrade and $399 for a dvr.
Is there a reason why I should stick with Direct tv?
