Cabelas in Glendale..........

Anyone going to check it out? It opens this Friday.
The AZ Republic makes it out to be better/bigger than Bass Pro in Vegas.
Bass will open a store in Mesa (I think) next year btw.

I was impressed by Sportsmans wherehouse...I can't wait to check out Cabelas on my next trip out there.

I've got a Sportsman's Whorehouse just down the street... never been there... no good reason for not going either...
Used to go to the big Cabela's store in Sydney when I lived in Denver... we'd fly up for lunch. They'd run a van out to the airport to pick you up, it was a cool way to spend the day.

I've done the Bass Pro in Vegas numerous times........it's real cool and 3 hrs go by quick. Plus, any money you don't spend you can drop in the Silverton casino which is connected to it. :crossx:

I'm going but will wait a week or 3 until the hype settles. Friday will be nuts. Can you image that place right before a Cardinals home game? I bet there will be more people at Cabelas than at the game :rollside:

Ive always been scared to go in the cabelas we have passed on the hiway,i dont think my wallet would like it :) I heard the restaraunt is awsome tho
