Went to the Southern Thunder drags in Gadsden AL. today ....104 degrees and quite humid... :p
Met up with Tony Scarlata and Big Chris and TAF from the boards....
Tony has his boat running strong this year...He won TAF in Augusta last week,and his two passes today were 6.67@ 164 and 6.68 @ 168......here is a crappy vid of his second pass....Tony's run (http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/520/860DSCF0029.AVI)

An Allison flipped over near the end of the track ...Its 36 ft below the rescue boats.....driver was fished out and was ok

Just for the record it was not an Allison,looks to be a mirage or StV tunnel.Allisons are all Vbottoms with needle nose,thanks for sharing pics

Thanks for the pics. We used to have a BAH Kurtis 501 in the early '90s. Had alot of fun and learned alot about motors.
Scary shit though when they get sideways.

151...allows you to run more compression.
