I found one out here in AZ for 9,900, with updated wheels and tires, and the baack seat installed.

Yes, I sold the rhino a while ago, for 12k.
Sbark1 now owns it.

Could be a possibility, but we would prefer to seel the whole package. One would pretty much need the truck to tow the trailer, we towed it twice with my old F-350 and it wasnt an enjoyable experience.
We will attempt to sell it as a package before entertaining the idea of splitting it up. Or trading it in on the new setup.

In all actuality we are going to be downsizing. The parents have stopped using it due to the size and the fact that most of the time its just the two of them when they use it. so I think we are looking to go with a smaller 30-35ft diesel with an enclosed trailer that will fit the motorcycles, cars, etc....
This has been a GREAT set up and was perfect when all of us would go together, there have been many times where we have slept 8-10 people comfortably. but those trips where all of us go have become few and far between :(
This package new would be over $180k

one of the most sensable, and more so IMPORTANT statements ive read on here in a long time. you have a great set up. too bad you have to downsize, but im sure your new rig will suit you better. and i agree fully, you DO need that truck to pull that trailer. we have a 35' alfa toy house, and a 38' wildwood toyhouse, and pull with an F550 and wouldnt even consider anything less. the alfa is a great trailer (top of the line IMHO) but they are heavy. (but tow very nice). i would suggest putting this up on galmisdunes.com. people are FINALLY realizing the need for a better/larger tow vehicle for thier toyhaulers. good luck in the sale and a bump to the top.
