Does anyone know if this head unit can interface with an ipod? Is there an aux input on these that I can use? I would go look but I don't have the boat or manual at the house.

It has been said that the ipod adaptor will work with Alpine units with the quicksearch feature... If you don't want to waste time trying, you can get the 121 aux to ai-net adaptor.. I think it's about 20.00.. All you need after that is a mini stereo jack to RCA adaptor and a 12v charger :)
