1 Acre lot, 91st ave and pinnacle peak, 15 minutes to lake plesant.
Great neighbors, all toy people. No pre exitsting plans etc. Owned outright and can transfer deed.
Anyone looking to get to Phoenix area should take a look. Land has been in family for 20+ years. Great house site (you'd have to be my neighbor, I live in the cul-de-sac too). Located in unincorporated island.
Still pulling comps to determine price. Great chance to build what YOU want with no HOA BS.

Thanks, but more than I would pay. There are a shit load of lots for sale over there right now in that price range and not many are selling. Good luck.

Just looked at 1 acre lots out that way for about 75k less. Just FYI. The market is pretty soft right now.

Put it up for what you think. Be patient, the market will come back around in 6 mos when the market returns to NORMAL (pre-'04-'05) you may have some luck. Or take a loan, build a house and sell it for 6-700K. Maybe put a jerky stand on it and make some serious $$.

Its been for sale for 48 hours, I think I hang in there a little longer before the fire sale...
As for the jerky stand, WOW what an idea, I've got dogs, cats, rabbits, squirrels etc. in the back yard, now where did my 12 gage go...
