This is my personal home and I thought I would see if any fellow HB.com folks might be interested. I would be willing to work a killer deal on it for someone that doesn't have a buyers agent already. I have it listed in the MLS for $639,900 but I would let it go for $620,000 (SMOKIN DEAL!!!) for someone here. Recently appraised for $650,000

Nice house, good luck with the sale.
Thank you appreciate it! I would much rather give someone here a great deal on it then pay out a realtor commission for a buyers agent.

Prices are way high on the west coast. Hope that bubble doesn't burst anytime soon. I have 2000 square feet with a 1000 square foot shop on 2 acres..
If I were to sell I would be looking at about 135k near Oklahoma City.

Dan, I have been thinking of a move to CA. I am looking to do so in the next 30 days and need to move on a house quick. Looking for a really nice area. I currently do not have a realtor.
I am very interested in the house at 7 South Peak in Laguna Niguel. Is it available for immediate move in? I have 30% to put down, how quick can we do this?
Just kidding, hope you didn't spend all the dough yet. :crossx: At least you got a free bump. Nice website too by the way. :)
