This is a very clean boat. You bought this boat from my mom/stepdad. It was always garage kept, serviced regularly and detailed before and after every trip. They rarely used it at all. Good buy for someone. The boat is great, I can promise that.
Also, that cover looks like a new cover as well.
Why you selling?

Your right, I did buy this boat from your mom and step dad. Your brother was quite helpful with the purchase. He actually delivered the boat to me in Vegas. Tell him thanks again. Didn't your dad purchase a 40' Hallett?
The boat been great to us, have never had any issues. My dad bought a houseboat on Mead, so we're now looking @ maybe purchasing a deckboat to hold more people.
I had the tow cover made by Cover Me Custom in Havasu. They did a great job. If you ever need any canvas work I highly recommend them.

Someone jump on this. It is more like a 29' Boat. It was almost the same size as my 29' Magic when I had it.
I used to take the lightweight cover and put it on my 29' Wizard. It fit the same as it did on the Hallett.
Hallett doesn't include the swim step in the measurements of the 270, so with the swimplatform, you are looking at a 29' boat.

I have been through some pretty big waves on Mead. This boat handles them well.

Not to hijack, but thanks for posting great pictures. It makes me laugh when someone posts a boat for $100+ and shows 1 picture from a throw away camera. I wish everyone would follow your example. Good job and good luck with the sale. Looks real nice.
