What are you blind??? They had frickin Cameras mounted. Oh and It wasnt Paul Moyer who did the report. :yuk:

Not all mechanics have so low morals... but this gives the industry a bad name. Remember to ask questions and watch what they are doing. Sometimes the cheapest service is not always the best service.

Maybe not.....But Im sure glad they catch these assholes and make it public....aren't you?
They did the same kind of report here in Atlanta a few years ago,and the results were very similar....And women,and the elderly were the ones most frequently targeted.....
I like how the Jiffy Lube .."District Manager" denied who he even was.....
Perhaps,to avoid a well deserved.."bad name" the industry should police itself somehow...

I think they should do more of the same and weed out the A holes
On that note I do 98% of my own wrenching and have a family friend do the rest.
