Great write up. 0 to 77 mph in 10 seconds and 95 mph, five seconds later. Who can give me a ride in a 24? I will respond with a ride in my 32. :)

What was the configuration of the boat (I/O? V-Drive) and what did it have in it for power?

Socal,
I was right beside you coming out of Topock a few weeks ago in a 24 Ultra.
Nice ride BTW.

Thanks for the compliment....I am very content......There are a lot of nice boats on here!!!!!
Your right as far as the ride.....HEAVY!!! Rides just about as nice as a common 28'r.....anybody will argue that until they ride in it...Anybody is welcome. 3'-4' rollers, not a problem....
if it was up to me.....it would be closed-bow v-driven w/ a brummett set-up
Not bad for a family boat though.....can't think of anything else I would want

What motor package do you have Blackcloud? That is one of my favorite boats. A 24'er with an OB. Sweet f'n ride man.

I thought you were having some trouble recently????

I thought you were having some trouble recently????
Thought it was going to be extreme, but it was the impeller let loose with less than 10 hours on it and the headers heated up the coolant reservoir in-turn putting a pin size hole in it which trickled coolant down the valve cover/head and it looked like it was coming from the h-gasket, didn't even know there was a hole in the reservoir until we got down in it and used a mirror to see between the header and reservoir......
thank you Baby Jesus!
