Funny, I look back at the 96's and think about how ugly they all were compared to todays trucks.
I like them. They look good, and more importantly, they look like they will awesome to mod.

I like 'em.... The 2500's will look pretty cool with some aftermarket wheels on 'em. Lowered 1/2 tons will be bichen' too.

i am a chevy fan and i must say they suck :yuk: they are merging the escalade body style with every freaking truck gm makes

Looks freakin stupid If someone wants a Nissan they should buy a nissan. Chevy designer team needs to quit hiring those chinnese guys... It looks just like a Titan is all I can say. :argue:

Looks a little blocky to me but I don't mind it. wrinkle in the tail gate sucks.
I'd it if they would take a lesson from what is selling in the aftermarket and do a better job of enabling lifts on the 4x4s and drops on the 2Xs and work on some nicer curves and flares.
I'm going to start pulling my boat with my pickup and downsize our Yukon XL next go around for better fuel mileage. The problems is I'm not hearing better numbers out of the mid-sized 4Xs than what I'm seeing with my full size. Until they get something right I'm going to have to wait on our next vehicle.

They are a definite improvement over the Avalanche body style of the last couple years... IMHO... and the more I look at it, the better it looks... but unless it's just the way the photos are taken... you're going to have a hard time fitting larger wheels and tires without some body trimming... doesn't look like alot of room down at the rocker's for a much larger tire... and visa versa... it'll be hard to fill the wells on a lowered truck for the same reason... that and the top of the wheel well openeings are pretty high on the body...

Is GMC a better truck than the CHEVY? Or is it tha same thing? I think there is a difference between the Tahoe and Yukon. Don't know bout the trucks.

I get parts at the GMC dealership all the time for my Chevy. Just a few cosmetic changes. Same frames, engines, trannys, differentials, suspensions, controls, knobs, etc.
It all depends on which look you like better. Grills and such.
