If I'm over one a year I really adjust my driving. i can't imagine. When I lived in AZ three speeding tickets would take your license for awhile. How'd she get to 70? and why'd she start speeding now. Has this lady flipped out or what? It would seem to me that to have someone suddenly spike on moving vilations, they should be directed in for a psych check.
As the cop stopping her and seeing that on the computer that she had 10+ recent priors, you'd be afraid to walk up on the car (is this the one where she flips out?).
