I leaving this paradise they call the Four Seasons at Peninsula Papayayo. This a truly amazing hotel and recomend for you to visit the country of Costa Rica. The people are very nice and the dollar goes a long way here. It probably what Hawaii was like 20 years ago.

Have friends that have gone there and they say is absolutely beautiful. Have also heard that it is now becoming the #1 place for US citizens to retire.

I've heard the same things.... Looking forward to our visit in March then boarding cruise ship from there.....

There are no bargains in real estate. A condo 5 years ago sold for $250,000 today its selling for a million. A million for a condo dosn't seem like a smoking deal even though it has golf and ocean views.
