Question, if you marinate the fish in 2/3 of the sauce, do you use the other 1/3 to baste as it cooks?

One thing I've never tried is grilling fish... so does everyone flop those right onto the grill or do you put them on something first???

baby carrots little water, little butter, little sugar, little chopped parsley..... boil carrots in water until almost tender drop in butter and sugar sautee a little maybe adding a little more water so it wont stick plate and top with parsley for color

One thing I've never tried is grilling fish... so does everyone flop those right onto the grill or do you put them on something first???
the quality of your grill decides that mst newer grills have non stick racks....if you have a older one use a fish basket (various names)to be safe you can pick it up at any cooking equipment store or just try pam and if the grill in in real bad shape foil it good luck

its generally square holds about 4 pieces of fish and has a locking handle on it

Just wanted say props and thank you for the recipe! I had some friends over for dinner last night and it was a hit!! I served the salmon with a mango nut couscous and grilled veggies. Topped it off with some good white wine. AWESOME. Thanks again and keep the recipes coming :D

When the fish is hot, it's cooked, correct?

pretty much. with salmon, it's best not to overcook it, so take it off the grill when there's just a real thin line of pink in the middle.
