Wow, that thing looks like a knife from the side. GREAT LINES. I really like the windshield with te side arches. Looks great, and it sounds like realistic speed numbers, that I bet will get better with a little tweaking. Is the boat available for viewing at Advantage?

I saw that boat at the factory when they were just starting to rig it. Very wide. Lots of room and a unique design.

Looks Great! I can't wait to see it in person. I'll be honest I was less then impressed with the 34 deck, I'm glad that they've added this to their line up!

Looks more like a walk-thru cat then a deck. How about insurance?

We need interior pics now. But does it really have a hole in the starboard side for boarding?

Top secret and highly classified are the only ways to describe what's been going on at Advantage Boats for the past six months as their in-house product development department has been toiling away on an out-of-the-box creation called "XFlight 29". The new "XFlight 29" has an interior configuration incorporating the practicality and roominess of a deckboat with the style and luxury of a true sportboat. Unique features will include full walk-thru bow to stern access plus an enclosed mid-cabin and starboard side boarding door. Although from the waterline the "XFlight 29" may appear to have a conventional air-entrapment hull, it does not. The pickle-fork bow blends into an advanced stepped-vee bottom designed to more efficiently utilize today's modern V-8 single engine stern drive packages. Stay tuned for more details and a scheduled early 2006 summer launch!

not sure of the dimensions, but it is big enough for a couple of kids to hang in.(or a mini stabin cabin with a sunroof  )
I dont think it would ride like a "V" due to the sponson type sides going all the way to the back of the boat and the "V" is kinda like a big center pod.(If I remember correctly)

Just got word: Its actually a port hole for a human periscope, that serves a couple of purposes. 1. Is to allow the men's to stand up while getting blow job. 2. Is so that whilest getting said blow job, the men's can be enjoying the environment from a visual standpoint, and not the top of her boring head. :)

Wifey and I saw it go thru the channel today (Sunday 8/27/06). It's size is impressive, but it's "fake pickle fork" design had both of us asking if, "it had 2 or 3 jet ski motors" powering it. Why 'remake' the Nordic "rage", with a "want to be tunnel boat design"? IT'S A V BOTTOM! What is going on with the bow/ midships design flaws? If it is a "great V bottom design", then why mask that with the "imitation sponsons"? Just offer the boat as a "V" bottom that is fast. Do the "sponsons" actually add speed? I think not. "Silly cash cow", looking to graze in YOUR yard.

Saw it in the channel today. Thought it looked odd. Didn't know it was an Advantage. I like Advantage boats, but not so keen on this one. Like someone said before, looks like it's trying to be something, but not quite pulling it off. If it has some special performance, then maybe it'll survive, otherwise......like Shadow said, it's fugly....sorry, just my .02. :notam:
Good luck with it. At least they're out there experimenting with new ideas...
