We saw some vehicles like that cruise through town up in Reno during Hot August Nights.
Usually, I just try to operate under the, "To each his own" philosophy, but when we saw those cars, I couldn't believe it. Someone has finally come up with the most absurd, pointless , most stupid looking "style" I have ever seen.
The fact that their were more than one of these things was scary.
They look like some kid's yard toy.

Those are the 30" Moguls.
As ridiculous as those things are, they got more attention at that last show than the boat. Strange world we live in...
That was this actual set...

That big wheel lifted car is called "crunk" style. They had similar looking cars at different booths at SEMA. Coilovers on a monte carlo and 28" wheels just does not look right. But to each his own. I sell suspension and have actually sold Lift Spindles to guys back east trying to lift cars to fit big wheels.

That's was the effect of the army green. They had an over load of that color after Vietman war. Had to dump it somewhere.

I was thinking Chevy Caprice Classic.
I retract my statement, I was trying to think of the name, Malibu seemed to go.
In high school we made a caprice into a demo car.
I don't know why I couldn't remember the name.
Sucks getting old.

Hmmmm... I'm guessing the design started in the lower 9th ward of New Owlins' about this time last year... makes it easy to roll in style while keeping the kicks dry...
