Im sure this has been addressed in the past.
but I'm curious as to those carbon monoxide warning stickers we got in the mail this year with boat registration.. Is it mandatory to slap those lame things on your boat?
thanks.

I asked Boatcop on his site....Boatcop.com, and he said no, only if you're going to sell it. I gave them to the guy I sold my boat to.

Were those warning stickers sent out from Cali DMV or Arizona Game & Fish?

Cal DMV.
They passed a law last year that banned "Teak Dragging" and also requires that any boat (new or used) sold in California have the CO decals affixed to the transom and near the helm.

they may be "lame" but they could make someone think twice about sitting back there while the motor is running
