Anyone have problems with Hitchsolutions.com???

I ordered my 10" Drop Rapid Hitch on Aug 16th and selected free shipping. Still has not arrived. They won't answer their phone, return email or messages. Have you experienced this or should I start getting pissed?

Well I started getting a little pissed and found a phone number they would answer from my CC statement. Turned out they overlooked my order for the past month and never shipped it. They two day aired it to me and it arrived today. They were very apologetic so I can't hold the flame to them too long. I know a lot of you were on the edge of you seat wondering when I was going to get my hitch so I could tow my boat. I would do business with them again. Seemed like an honest mistake.
