I have heard some negative talk about these guys but I just wanted to say that I have had to call them many times these past couple weeks just to ask questions and talk and they have been great. They have answered every question and they have done it politely.

How about when your drive fails in one way or another,
Do they cover it or blame the driver?
That is the real question that needs to be answered.

No idea about that answer here...I do all my own work so I never see a warranty. Just my own.

did business with them about 5 years ago and had no problems but they only re-did a set of new gas tanks for me so maybe i didnt spend enough to be above their radar :p
