Finding river property is very expensive. Nothing in that range. A small pre-fab home with garage will run you $500,000 - 600,000 easy.

If you go a little inland and not on the river you can find what you are looking for in that price. If you are on the water then yes 500k or more. I could think of a lot better ways to spend 500k though, unless its throw away dough.
This would be AZ side not Ca

This is the area i have been pondering. Just some land and a decent Fab home with garage.

Agree...Timing it essential. The first house is up now, and progress is being made.

No, you cannot see the house from the hwy. It's on the golf course...The course is near complete (played it over Labor Day), and clubhouse is done and all is coming together well...Just a LITTLE slow. The shops/building are underway as well.

Some of the park models in Park Moabi are going for 200k now :220v:
Don't forget the monthly rent and you don't own the land in a San Berdo County park!

My buddy just paid 625k on the river, couple miles No. of Needles bridge. Another 320K to build the 2200 sq ft house with dock.
