After a few emails and phone calls, I am now happy with Direct tv again. They do care about their customers.
What did they do for me you ask?
Superfan is $100.
He gave me the super fan for $50 and a $10 credit per month for 6 months.
Now I told him that I was not out for a freebie, but just did not want to get double charged for the HD games.
I told him I want a $10 credit per month for 6 months and the superfan for $60. He laughed.
He said I am a highly valued customer. Not everyone will get this, but if you qualify, you will. Try it.
