Flooded?

Went to the boat today, a patio cruiser w/318 Chrysler V8 & it wouldn't start. No click or anything. The Marina mechanic came over to look at it for us, & without even checking anything, declares that it's flooded, then walk's away.
I couldn't even get it to crank over, how could he say it's flooded with out even trying it himself, I just thought that was rude. :rollside:

After being on the Marinas waiting list for months, they finally found a spot for us to moor our patio cruiser. I had asked for a covered berth but we'll have to settle for this, oh well.
