And if you get a half windsheild, be aware it will stress crack from the corner mounts. Thankfully friends like Carey can fix this problem.

I have had mine for almost a year and besides the safety stuff I really have no desire to fix it up.
I would destroy a paint job in less than half a tank of gas.
I will be adding doors very shortly.Last year in the dessert I felt like that was the biggest weak link.
If I hit the lottery I would love to do some suspension work but there is no way I will spend 50% of the Rhinos value on a LT kit.

For $400.00 yes
For $600.00 No
I think my uncle and I are going to make some in the next month or so. We are thinking full doors that follow the lines of the bed. He owns a urethane buiss so we will tab the bars and put coloir matched panels on them. the bad part is you will have to climb over them like a rail but the good part is if we tummbled yours down that rock hill we would have some good side protection.

We are all horrible influences. The lack of space is just another excuse. I leave the mule outside behind the gate or in front with a cover on it. So to use "no room" is just silly. If he thinks he has room issues, maybe he should come over and take a look at my 22x30 garage :rollside:
Come on Juan, step up :D

It's only the start. How are you attaching the harnesses? Talk to Randy at R&R about the new bar for "Y" types :)

I got the harness bar from Black Rhino. I knew there was a new one coming out somewhere but I figured since I had the guy on the phone I'd just get it all from him. Oh and by the way, if order stuff from Black Rhino make sure to call them and not do it over the internet. I ordered this stuff yesterday online and they never got my order so I had to call it in today.

I don't want to burst your bubble,BUT you'll regret that bar. It places the harness at shoulder level. To work effectively you want them mounted lower.

Do you know what belts he got?
I agree that there bar is a little high but if your talking the individual shoulder straps I don't think it will be that big of a deal.(Non Y)
The Y straps need to be mounted much lower.
I have the individual shoulder straps and this is about perfect for mounting location.

I think it will be ok. I sat in one with this bar and they seemed fine to me. If I don't like it then I'll get another and sell this one. No big deal. I just didn't feel like ordering parts from a bunch of diferent places.

I got the same belts as yours. With the sewn in pads. I hate the Y-types.

Cool.... You will be fine with that bar and those belts. I don't like the Y's either and from what I have always been told teh individuals are stronger and provide more protection.

Those Crow belts are nice. I happen to like the DJ belts and prefer the "Y" type. That's what keeps use individuals and these companies in business.
Good luck on keeping it simple, I tried and failed.

Trust me, I knew from the beginning that I would poor money into this thing.  As for the Y-belts, the reason I don't like them is because they seem to work their way tight around my neck. Maybe they were setup wrong but not sure.
