My Palapa guy will be in Havasu on the 20th of this month and 21st if need be. If anyone would like to get some work done on an existing structure or is contemplating a future palapa project, give Chris at Baja Palapas a chance at your business.

Bump for:
Tobtek, Phebus, Bling, Kachina 26, Warlock 25, etc.... :cool:For me??? Why I'm within walking distance of that one! Heck, I'll even clean the mess that someone left on that beautiful BBQ of yours :yuk: Seriously though, that is one nice set up. Perhaps when I get out there full time and do the back yard...........

If I had any money, I would be calling that guy right now. I just had over 300' of block wall put in, and the iron guy is supposed to install the iron soon, so for now, I am rolling my pennies, and eating Top Ramen.
Blane's back yard looks awesome, and the Palapa is sick.

Nope, but maybe I will take some this weekend. I am holding off on the landscaping till early next year as we will not be around too much during the off season to really enjoy it.

I will believe it when I see it;)
How are you going to get power up top?
Router and wrap a pole in rope or are your poles hollow?

THANKS Blaine, BUT the Palapa needs have been filled. Wanted a twin pole dealio...but with the shape of the bar and BBQ, had to settle for the single shaft.

Looks nice, congrats !!
You probably didn't have to settle for the single pole as I went 3 pole and many told me that (2) was the only way to go :rollside: It basically meant that the guy doing the job could likely only install a pre-fab kit instead of doing exactly what the customer wants or needs.

That palapa is absolutely top notch... More of the Bali type... Other than the one his neighbor has (seen it from afar) , it's the nicest one I've seen... I've seen a lot of them...
