I'm holding off till Sunday, combine quail hunting, deer scouting, and try and round up some mesquite for my bbq.

I had 5 (yep 5) very nice size Bucks ( animal and rack) in the back yard 2 weeks ago. Weird they were together. I think they come in every year during bow season. Could have set up a blind next to my pool and gotten one :rollside:

Judging by 2 of the birds you were either close when you shot or the pooch likes the taste of Quail. :D

Won't be for a couple weeks for me. Since the opener for us Californians is after you Az. folks. :rollside:
