Aquarius is up and running...

A few months back there was a thread regarding the Flamingo Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, NV and why it had become such a dump. The rumor mill was that it was going to be re-done and re-named as well, I assume under new ownership.
Well, apparently itÂ’s done and they are open for business as the Aquarius Hotel and Casino. See link below.
Any H/B peeps been there yet? I wonder if they did something with the boat parkingÂ…like IMPROVED IT.

We like it a lot! The buffet includes all you can drink beer and wine. They have been running a 1/2 price coupon for the buffet too. So it's less than 5 bucks a person! It's not Harrah's grade, but it's 5 bucks and includes beer - Coors Light at that.
They also have a really cool poker machine there. It paid for our night out....twice! ;)
We didn't stay there and we didn't bring boat into town, but we might give it try next time we stay at the casinos.

They never shut down,doing the remodeling while open.The entire place is going to be redone.They are spending a ton of money,nothing had been spent on the place in years.What they have done so far is very nice.They have specials going on because of inconvience of remodel going on.
