Im running 7 pairs of MB Quart 6 1/2 with 4 JL Audio 13.5 w6's.I did most of the install myself and had one of my buddies wire the amps up and set the switches on the amps. All wires was installed when boat was being made,I just supplied them all of the wiring. Laveycraft custom made the exhaust for the generator, and when you fire up the generator one of the bilge pumps will suck water from the river with a nozzle and circulate it around the exhaust pipe with brass tubing to cool it down and then spit it out thru the transom back into the river.Constant cold water being circulated around exhaust.Works Bitchen.

Rick the place I got it in San Diego was $850. Do a search online and you can find a few different places.

From what I understand (from Rocky), the Cascade is an Iota that has been customized to run stereo systems noise free.

Cascade has filters to take out noise. IOTA makes the Cascade and Cascade adds the filters.
I would buy the unit from Matt's link as they are selling it below what I can buy it for now. WOW! Another company that sells online is Audioutfitters.com

Matt, your right because the APS 75 has a 20amp plug you just can't plug into a cord. I ended up making mine. That was a good find.

I was going to make mine also but I just couldn't imagine an adapter wasn't made somewhere. It only took a few months to find. :)

So if your running your gen with an Iota and listening to your stereo It will not be clean sounding.....it that correct? I was not going to add generator
right away....maybe down the road and was going to use Iota so that it
would be easy to charge batteries....but if down the road I want to add a
gen should I switch to a cascade?
Thanks for the info.

Why not just start off with the Cascade?

Phat Matt

Yeah. You can still charge the batteries with an additional iota smart charger.

I just changed the plug end on the Cascade to a plug that would plug in to my extension cord.cost a couple of bucks and it still plugs into the generator. No adapter needed.

One. Just that one. It's more of a buffer.
