I figues that she may have had the auto cocked then had an AD. Cokcing the hammer on an auto is generally not advised in such a circumstance for the obvious reason. Way too risky. Or she just kept her finger on the trigger when she reholstered. Either way it is dumb, and could have resulted in someone being killed. It is not like she was in a dark place, or under stress. the suspect was under control. She will get dinged seriously I believe and receive alot of retraining.
