Anyone going to the ***boat Drag IHBA Finals at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix, AZ in two weekends? Nov 15-19.
I will be there on Saturday afternoon with some buds :D

This will be my first time going to FireBird, can someone help me that has been before?
1) What are the best days to go
2) Is there a place to park the motorhome and watch the races from it?
(like the set-up at marine stadium)

on what you want to see. I believe the last day is when all the eliminations are widdled down so you generally see faster runs.
The early evening run is always fun to watch the fire emit from the blown hydros exhaust.
I sort of like Friday as you see a lot of boats run and can walk the pits without a gazillion people there. They are doing cirlce races there too which is sort of fun to watch in that small an area.
