your opinion please

Were looking to add a few new items to our regular rotation menu and would like your opionion..
here is the list of new items
1.Crab stuffed mushrooms
a crab filling with bread crumbs diced celery, onions etc
2 polish kabobs
using a polish sausage skewered with different color bell peppers, red onions and mushrooms all glazed with a sweet bbq sauce
3. indonesian satay sticks
checken breast marinated in a sweet peanut butter soy sauce mixture then grilled
4. club wraps
chopped bacon, diced turkey, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce in a spinach tortilla...
5 finger rolls.....puff pastry, tomato sauce and pepperoni...basically a pizza roll with fancy dough

I voted before I saw your written discription. I voted for the mushrooms, but those club wraps sound good too. :)

We eat alot of the Chicken and Beef Satay at work though (Thai variety) and I dig the peanut sauce and shrimp fried rice that comes with it!!

The chicken sounds good too........but I LOVE mushrooms. Last Sunday I made a really good mushroom risotto from my "EveryDay Italian" cookbook. I used porcini mushrooms and had to rehydrate them in chicken broth. It made the risotto very mushroomy:D Giada De Laurentiis wrote the book. :D

I have never been a fan of mushrooms, but everyone else is, so I go with the number two slot, the sauseges...maybe the puff pastry??
