Same here. Now try doing it at 75 mph on the freeway. He was holding his bowl of rice with one hand and using the chop sticks in the other. I wanted to get in front of him and do a brake check but my gf didnt want me to do that.

No not Mercury. Acceptance Ins Co. I will be calling them first thing Monday morning right after I talk to my Insurance(Allstate) Agent. Luckily my agent is a friend that I graduated High School with. It is just ashame that no matter how hard you try to take care of your stuff someone is bound to phock it up!

Best thing to do is give it to your INsurance guy and let him take care of it for you. My wife does insurance stuff, but when something like this happens, you know state farm is there and you can bet your ass out agent is gonna be on the phone taking care of bussiness. He can talk to them cause he dont want to talk to me.

normally, you have to sue to get it. There are things that are simlar to KBB that list values after a car has been repaired.

one more thing, if the bed is dented at all, do not let them use bondo on it, make them replace the entire bed skin. no cut and weld, no try to hammer and dolle, make them replace it.

Actually, I can not feel any dents at all in the bed or the cab right behind the rear door. It appears to be scratches only. I am more worried about the door seal below the doors. It is flattened pretty good. Being that I used to be in the wrecker business I know the owners of 5 different body shops. I will be screaming new door skins and new door seal. I want NO BONDO! I will also ask my agent about the diminished value.
